Food Politics
Food Politics is Marion Nestle's (PhD, MPH) website. Dr. Nestle is Paulette Goddard Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University, which she chaired from 1988-2003. She was my biology professor when I was an undergraduate student at Brandeis and probably the reason I went to grad school to study nutrition. She has authored numerous books on nutrition, food safety, and food politics.
